By accessing or using igion.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
igion.ai provides dental practice financial intelligence reports, including the Carrier Profitability Scorecard™ and UCR Market Fee Intelligence™. Reports are generated from data you upload from your practice management software. The Service is intended for licensed dental practice owners and their authorized staff.
Each report is a one-time purchase. You pay once and receive a single report generated from the data you upload at the time of purchase. Reports are not subscriptions. Completed reports remain accessible in your dashboard for 90 days from the date of generation, after which they are permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading and retaining your report before the 90-day expiration.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant igion.ai a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of generating your report. igion.ai does not sell, share, or transfer your uploaded data to third parties. Patient-identifying information is automatically stripped at ingestion — the Service processes only carrier-level financial aggregates (production, adjustments, and collections by carrier). You represent that you have the right to upload the data you provide and that it does not contain information you are prohibited from sharing.
Carrier-level financial aggregates from completed reports may be incorporated into anonymized industry benchmarks used to improve the accuracy of the Service. No patient-identifying information, practice name, or individual practice data is ever included in benchmarks. Practices may opt out of benchmarking at any time by contacting [email protected].
igion.ai reports are financial intelligence tools, not professional legal, accounting, or consulting advice. The analysis and recommendations in your report are based on the data you provide and publicly available industry benchmarks. You are solely responsible for any business decisions you make based on your report. igion.ai is not liable for outcomes resulting from actions taken in reliance on report content.
Report accuracy depends on the completeness and accuracy of the data you upload. igion.ai makes no warranty that reports are free from errors or that they reflect current market conditions. Benchmark data is sourced from FAIR Health and other published industry sources and is updated periodically. igion.ai does not guarantee that benchmark data is current at the time of your report.
Because reports are generated immediately upon payment using data you provide, all sales are final. If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our part, contact [email protected] within 7 days and we will either regenerate your report or issue a full refund.
You may not use the Service to upload data you do not have the right to share, to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying analysis methodology, to resell or redistribute report content without written permission, or to use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.
The Service, including all analysis methodology, report templates, and software, is the intellectual property of igion.ai. Your report is licensed to you for your personal and business use. You may share your report with advisors, consultants, and staff. You may not publish, resell, or sublicense report content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, igion.ai's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. igion.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
igion.ai may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
