What data do I need to get started?

A standard CSV or XLSX export from your practice management software — Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar. The Carrier Profitability Scorecard uses your insurance payment data. The UCR Market Fee Intelligence uses your fee schedule. Both exports are standard PMS functions.

Is my patient data safe?

Yes. igion.ai strips all patient-identifying information at upload — no names, dates of birth, or insurance IDs are processed. You are uploading financial performance data, not patient records. Reports auto-delete after 90 days.

Do I need both reports?

For a complete negotiation strategy, yes. The UCR report tells you where your fees stand relative to your market — that is Step 1. The Carrier Scorecard tells you which contracts are underperforming — that is Step 2. Negotiating without both is like going into a contract discussion without knowing your own numbers.
